Delivery of Steam reforming equipment for “Afipka” LLC

In frames of this project Phortis ltd. performed full range of freight-forwarding services for equipment delivery from port of Constanta, Romania to Afipka llc., Russia.
On the route “Constanta, Romania – Rostov-on-Don, Russia” cargo was transported by 2 general purpose vessels.
Afterwards cargo was handled from vessels to trucks and delivered to Authorized Economic Operator in customs transit mode with transit declarations issued for each truck. Despite of it, transit inland transportation was organized without obtaining any Guarantee certificates for trucks.
The special feature of this project is that cargo was delivered to Rostov-on-Don port in the beginning of June 2018 – along with the preparation and organization of the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2018.
In this regard some roads were closed for cargo trailers passing, so revised route was schemed and agreed for safe transportation of cargo, including Out-of-gauge packages weighting 44 and 77 tons.
